• Why aren’t these products available online? 

These items are designed to be experienced in-store, so you can see and feel the materials, compare colours and choose the best combination for your space. 

• Do the in-store exclusives change? 

Yes. Our in-store selections are refreshed regularly, so you’ll often find something new when you visit. 

• Can I reserve an in-store exclusive before visiting? 

Currently, In-Store Exclusives are available only on a first-come, first-served basis in our stores. 

• Are the bundles pre-made or customisable? 

We offer ready-made bundles for convenience, and our staff can also help you create a combination that suits your space. 

• Do all stores carry the same in-store exclusives? 

Not necessarily. Stock varies between locations, so visiting different stores can give you access to a wider range of items. 

• Are the exclusives more expensive than other products? 

Some items may be premium due to their design and limited availability, but we offer options at a range of price points. 

• Does your product guarantee cover in-store exclusives? 

Yes. All items purchased in-store, including exclusives, are covered by The Grow Centre’s standard guarantee and care advice.
