September 28, 2026

Looking for Northcote Pottery pots for your indoor or outdoor space? The Grow Centre stocks a huge range of pots, with styles, sizes, colours and finishes to suit a wide variety of spaces and personalities.

From small ceramic table top pots to large, lightweight planters suitable for indoor and outdoor areas, our Northcote Pottery range makes it easy to find a pot that complements your plants and your space.

Our Northcote Pottery Range

Northcote Pottery pots are available in our Clayton South (VIC), and Woolloongabba (QLD) and Tingalpa (QLD) stores. Product availability may vary between stores.

Our selection includes an array of:

  • Small ceramic pots for tabletops, shelves and smaller indoor plants (generally under 200mm diameter.)
  • Large tiered floor pots for statement plants and creating a tiered, cohesive style.

  • Indoor pots designed from lightweight material composition, enabling ease of movement.

  • Outdoor pots designed to complement balconies, verandas and gardens made from weather resistant material to last.

  • A wide variety of shapes, sizes, colours, textures, patterns and finishes to suit different interior and exterior styles.

With such a broad range available, Northcote Pottery offers options whether you are looking to create a minimalist display, add a pop of colour to your space or revamp your area.

Choosing the Right Pot for your Plant

There are multiple factors to consider when choosing a decorative pot for your plants.

Plant size: Choose a pot that fits your indoor plant and its existing grow pot. Ideally, the grow pot should sit neatly inside the decorative pot without the lip of the grow pot sitting noticeable above the rim.

Location: Depending where you are placing your plant, it is important to choose a pot that is suitable for the environment as indoor and outdoor environments can require different pot materials.

Weight: If you like moving your pots around regularly, a lightweight pot may be the most practical choice, especially for larger and heavier plants.

Style: Consider the style you are trying to create in your space and whether you want your pot to complement it or contrast it – are you looking for a pot that is bright and stands out or a neutral minimalist pot?

Drainage: Before purchasing your pot, check if it has a drainage hole or not. If you're placing a decorative pot indoors with a drainage hole, placing a saucer inside the pot underneath the grow pot can help catch excess water and reduce the risk of watering leaking and damaging floors and other surfaces.
