Frass: A nutrient rich fertiliser packed with beneficial microbes and holds up to 200 times more nutrients than worm castings or compost with more diversity of microbes too. They improve the structure of your soil and provide nutrients to your indoor plants as they break down organic matter.  

Biochar: Increases water and nutrient retention, helping plants through both overwatering and dry conditions.   

Together, biochar and frass create a highly effective soil conditioning system that:
